The differentiality of the room itself, modern aspects mixed with ancient attributes. A very pleasant impression.

Located in the city center, this hotel enjoys a great location that allows guests to reach the main attractions quickly. The rooms are spacious and decorated with style. All the necessary amenities are taken care of, and the bathrooms are large and well-equipped. the hosts are charming and friendly people who made us feel at home.
While the hotel offers breakfast, it is quite expensive, and there are better options in nearby cafes. the rooms on the street side can be quite noisy, which may disturb light sleepers.

We loved our stay at De Koning van Spanje. Firstly, the location is in the middle of the centre of Antwerp, very nearby the fashion district and the Meir. Secondly, the rooms are very nicely decorated, the bed is comfy and the jacuzzi and steam/shower cabin were just awesome.
No toiletpaper refill. We can't go 3 days with only one roll of toilet paper.

It is a beautiful 16th century merchant's house, with many historical details right in the centre of Antwerp.

We had an amazing romantic escape in an absolutely charming B&B. the Jacuzzi was a great feature and the croissants were to die for. the quiet location and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants were priceless.
The entrance was a bit narrow and not suitable for big family groups.

Georgette and her husband are great hosts. They have restored and decorated the original buildings beautifully. The quality of the fittings and furnishings is 1st class and a great mix of the old and the new. The breakfast was 1st calls too.

We made a last-minute reservation and were pleasantly surprised by our experience here. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The room exceeded our expectations with its beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious amenities. We loved being able to make our own coffee or tea and relax on the plush couch in the room. The bathroom was spacious and indulgent, with a jacuzzi-like bath that was perfect for unwinding. The peacefulness of the surroundings ensured a restful night's sleep, and the window screens kept any unwanted guests at bay. Opening the curtains in the morning revealed a lovely view of the sunlight streaming in through the window, casting a magical glow on the flowers nearby. our stay at this venue was truly special and enjoyable.

The location is brilliant. The hotel of two rooms is located in the heart of Anwerp. Before choosing this hotel you'd better understand what you are choosing. The hotel is very small. It reflects on everything: size of breakfast, clearness of the room. So your stay here depends on many factors, as plans that owners have for tonight.
The ancient age of the building prevents the owners from full modernization of facilities. So you should enjoy low partition wall between the toilet and the room.
